We ship pan-India from our studio in Tamil Nadu. Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp, and every candle is hand-poured fresh to order rather than kept in ready-made stock — so please allow up to 7 days from confirmation for your order to be dispatched.
Shipping charges depend on your location and the courier used for your area. We'll confirm the exact delivery cost with you on WhatsApp before your order is packed, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Because every jar, topper, and wax detail is shaped by hand in small batches, small variations in colour, texture, and finish between photos and the piece you receive are normal — that's the nature of handmade work, not a fault.
Many of our designs — including pre-order, personalised, and made-to-order pieces — are poured specifically for your order once confirmed, so we're generally unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please message us on WhatsApp or email as soon as the package arrives, with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll work with you on a fair resolution.
