Azee Candles ("we", "us") runs azeecandles.in as a simple, static catalogue site — there's no customer account system or order database behind it. This page explains the few places information does pass through.
Ordering and enquiries happen over WhatsApp, email, or our contact form. When you use the contact form, it opens your own device's email app with your name, phone, and message pre-filled — the message is sent directly from your device to our inbox through your own email provider once you hit send. We don't collect or store form submissions on a server, because this site doesn't have one.
Anything you send us this way — your name, phone number, email address, or order details — is used only to respond to you and fulfil your order. We don't sell or share it with third parties.
"Order on WhatsApp" links open a chat with us via WhatsApp's own service with a pre-filled message. Once you're in that chat, WhatsApp (Meta) handles the message according to its own privacy policy. The same applies to our Instagram profile — Instagram's (Meta's) own terms apply to anything you send us there.
We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic — things like which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are browsing from. This is aggregate, standard web analytics; it isn't linked to the personal details you might separately send us over WhatsApp or email. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser as part of this; you can control or block these through your browser settings.
